What Clients Are Saying

Energy levels are absolutely improving, way less afternoon sluggishness, feeling like my face has lost some inflammation and less bloated, haven’t gotten coffee out since program started! Feeling overall energy improvement!
With the reduced body fat, I’m able to start seeing my abs pop!
The workout plan is now automatic for me, I don't have to mentally prepare myself to workout. Waking up early and working out is now just part of my routine.
Confidence is up. Happiness is up. Excitement the same. Loving life.
Looks like my stomach is slowly getting smaller and my face fat is slowly disappearing
Been in a great mood all week. Feeling happy with my overall progress in the gym and routine.
Huge difference. Huge. Energy is way, way up. Previously, I think I was working myself too hard at the gym and either (1) not eating enough as a result and feeling sluggish; or (2) always mentally felt like I was gorging at work and ‘ate too much’ which affected the mental side of things even when I was correctly eating enough for the energy I exerted that day.
I'm excited to continue to put in the work. To be honest I'm kind of addicted to losing body fat at this point. It hasn't been a full 5 months yet and I feel much better now than when I first started this journey.
SO much less bloating, and even when I do bloat a little, it is so much less so. I no longer feel like I'm carrying a balloon inside of me.
Investing and taking charge of my fitness has given me the confidence to take charge in other parts of my life. For example, I have been more intentional about taking better care of my appearance (outfits, etc.). Organizing my apartment in a way that works best for me. Things like that. I feel a lot more motivated to make my life work better for me.
I got two full body workouts in this week IN THE MORNING. And they were really productive workouts! I have been a night owl my entire life and getting up in the morning was always such a struggle for me. The fact that I could get to the gym in the morning TWICE this week, and have the energy in the morning for a full body workout, felt incredible. I could never imagine that I could do that even a few months ago.
It just really was a good week. And it feels like good habits are really setting in now. Things like eating right and going to the gym are starting to feel like a very natural part of my routine as opposed to something I aspire to do.
I really noticed that my arms are visually bigger this week than they’ve ever been.
Work has amped up a ton recently but it’s been nice to have the steadiness of the gym/nutrition almost like a distraction from it all.
I am constantly noticing positive improvements even on weeks that don't go as planned. For example: 1) I did not expect this, but I have become a better cook since starting this program. Ingredient prep has me focusing on how to improve each ingredient as opposed to a whole recipe, and it's really made a difference. My chicken breast game is going way up and it's something I actually look forward to eating now. 2) I have a Bears shirt that I've been avoiding wearing because it was too tight on me. I tried it on today and it fit so much better. Almost loosely. Great feeling, even if the game did not go as we would have wanted. 3) DEFINITELY seeing some definition in my quads and biceps! Spending a bit more time flexing in the mirror haha but it feels good.
I hit 151 on the scale! That felt amazing to see. Also several compliments about my progress! People are noticing!
Yes - getting back to the Gym even for only the 1 day felt great --- but I was committed and followed through with it. I have to give my Coach credit. I was feeling a bit down with my recent health struggles, but our 1 on 1 last weekend was the encouragement that I needed, and I did not want to let the Coach down.
My eating habits are coming naturally now!
I have continued to impress myself with how far I have come in just four short months. My commitment to the program and how much I have enjoyed hitting the Gym. While some may say, "well I am paying you" LOL. It has been your coaching, guidance and friendship that has kept me focused on this journey. Man, I am so psyched to continue this Journey into 2026 and my commitment is to continue to impress you week after week. Thank you again for everything you have done to help and support me Man.
1) I went either up in weight or up in reps at each workout in the gym this week. Felt very accomplished seeing all that green. 2) It might just be my imagination, but I've noticed men checking me out more than I ever have before, including at the gym. I realize this can get creepy and uncomfortable just as quickly as it can get flattering, so I am keeping my guard up. But for now, I am flattered. I've been the lifelong awkward girl and am not used to that attention at all.

The POWER Process

Other Online Programs (??)

  • Not tailored to the realities of legal workweeks.
  • Generic templates. Slow or no adjustments.
  • Accountability is usually limited or inconsistent.
  • Often optimized for “fitness people,” not professionals.
  • Short-term compliance. Weak long-term carryover.

In-Person Training ($$$)

  • Rigid scheduling. Depositions and hearings break the plan.
  • Most focus is the session. Nutrition is often secondary.
  • High cost. Low leverage outside the gym floor.
  • Hard to maintain when workload spikes.
  • No portable system. Results depend on showing up in person.

Why We’re Different

While attending law school full time and working part time, I struggled to balance my demanding schedule with a sustainable fitness routine. The strategies I had relied on and coached others with as a personal trainer before going to law school were simply not practical against the demands of a legal schedule. I knew how critical fitness was to my performance, confidence, and long-term health, but I was burning out trying to force systems that weren’t built for my lifestyle.

With a background in the hard sciences, I approached the problem the same way I approached my legal training: analysis, evidence, and efficiency. I combed through studies and meta-analyses, testing what actually worked, and identifying strategies that could deliver results with limited time. That process led me to develop a more time-efficient method built around intelligent progressions, stimulus quality, and precision.

By focusing on stimulating lean muscle rather than simply burning calories, I designed a system that increases metabolic efficiency instead of relying on food restriction or excessive exercise. This approach allows the body to burn calories throughout the day, making staying in shape significantly easier.

Through personalized coaching, flexible nutrition, efficient workouts, and habit reformation, I’ve helped attorneys, from former athletes to complete beginners, transform their health and rediscover their confidence without sacrificing family time, favorite meals, or quality of life. When you feel your best and look your best, you show up as your best. Not just for your career, but for the people who matter most. Let me help you make it happen.

Frequently Asked Questions

Some clients I’ve helped: Big Law Associate working 75+ hour weeks routinely. Recently promoted Junior Partner with a newborn son. Experienced litigator and Mom of 3 working full-time, long hours. 56-year old M&A Attorney with a family. Single Mom part-time law school, part-time work. We make the process FIT YOU. That’s the purpose of individualized 1:1 coaching.
I primarily work with attorneys, paralegals, law students, and other legal professionals. However, approximately 10% of my clients are legal-adjacent (investment banking, medical field, etc.). The strategies utilized in the Power Lawyers program are tailored to individuals with highly demanding schedules who want to pursue an elite level of fitness without wasting time.
There isn’t another coach out there who you can google search and see has passed a rigorous Character and Fitness test. I put my practice on pause to do this full-time. That should tell you all you need to know about how much I truly believe in this approach and how important this mission is to me.
Here’s my personal guarantee: If you are selected to join the program, it means I truly believe I can help you get the results you want. If you adhere to 80% of the process and follow the simple steps that are laid out for you each week, you will get the results you’re looking for. If somehow that didn’t happen, I would refund every penny.
Power Lawyers is designed to do two things: get you results in the short-term and help you learn the skills to maintain them in the long-term. For most people, that’s between 6 and 12 months.
You will get close 1:1 support. Your plan is tailored to you specifically and updated frequently based on progress, feedback, and logistics. I don’t use a third-party app for delivery. Everything is custom done. You won’t get better support than this.
I work with clients who barely know what a dumbbell is all the way to former D1 athletes and competitors. Fitness is not a one-size-fits-all proposition. Expect a custom process with high-touch coaching that meets you at your level.
Part of what makes this unique is having 1:1 coaching and mentorship from a colleague who’s lived your life and understands your experience. You will be working with me personally throughout your time in the program.
The testimonials and results I share of other client journeys are very typical. But without knowing your situation, your goals, and your commitment level, it’s impossible to say with certainty what that would look like for you. Please apply so we can go over realistic goals for you and build out a roadmap to reach success.
I don’t use a boilerplate plan, it’s not templated or a month-to-month app. The total investment depends on the level of support and length of the program. Here are a few simple facts for context:

1. My clients are legal professionals from all over the country (from law students and legal assistants through firm partners and owners)

2. The program investment is typically less than working with a 1:1 personal trainer on a regular basis.

3. If you are looking for the cheapest path to a life changing result…that is a poor mindset.
